Insure the HOA is a branch of Litaker Insurance, based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Insure the HOA is the residential association risk management division of Litaker Insurance, which is devoted to keeping current on the ever-changing risk environment of the industry along with emerging risk management products that aide in the protection of our clients. Although we are based in North Carolina we are able to meet the needs of clients throughout with the help of advancing technologies. Family owned and operated since 1933, Litaker Insurance is managed by the third generation of the Litaker family. Our insurance agency's core principles and service philosophy have remained unchanged since our founding by Charles H. Litaker, Sr. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, our capabilities allow us to service family and business insurance needs in the Charlotte metro area and across North and South Carolina. We are an independent insurance agency - we select the insurance companies we represent so we can bring our insurance client's the most comprehensive range of insurance protection options and superior claim service, for this generation, and the next.

Our Team

Insure the HOA was founded by Hunter A. Litaker and Litaker Insurance. We have an in-house claims manager with extensive knowledge and experience with Community Associations. In addition to our in-house claims manager we have a team eager to assist with any service inquiries and billing needs. Each of our team members works with community associations on a regular basis, which allows us to best serve your specialized needs.
